Let oneself on




Let oneself on

          Sometime, something took you upset and you could not do anything. How do you do ? A thing that you will do is let oneself on. On the other hand,  I thought, why we don't see at the first point ? If that thing took you upset, you would ignore it. Because if you attend it, you could not do anything and one way to do is let oneself on. 

       If you ignore it, it's finish first. Chill out, and seek that thing you want to do, that's better. Or sitting meditation to clam down or relax, Will be better ?
